My good friend asked me to create a midevil themed playroom in her basement. I incorporated what the kids wanted to have on the wall, and as you can see, added some of my own humor too! The color base was decided by the balloon valance already in the room.

How many kids get to draw on their MOM'S wall? My mom asked me to create a "Family Tree" on a wall in her family room so she could display photos of the family.  My parent's wedding photo was centered on the trunk, and on either side they hung photos of her family and his family.  I added the squirrel not only to joke about the "nuts" in the family, but their dog loves to chase them.  Dogs are "family" too, right? :)
